What is EDM?

EDM (Wire and Vertical Electrical Discharge Machining) is the manufacture of defects in a wide range of materials and parts. EDM notches (flaws) are used in customer-supplied steam generator tubes, pressure tubes, turbine blades, pipes, and several other industry applications including aerospace.
